This Is a “Go-Where-You’re-Needed” Role
JET Hospitality is hiring a Taskforce Innkeeper—a highly flexible, travel-based position designed to support properties wherever and whenever the need arises.

You won’t be assigned to just one location. Instead, you’ll be deployed across our portfolio to fill gaps, stabilize operations, support transitions, cover vacancies, assist during peak seasons, or step in during special projects. If you like predictability… this ain’t it. If you like variety, autonomy, and impact—keep reading.

From Washington beaches to Idaho mountains and Montana river country, you’ll rotate between properties based on operational needs. Every assignment is different. That’s the point.

What You’ll Be Doing:
While responsibilities vary by location, Taskforce Innkeepers are expected to jump in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.

✅ Guest Services – Lead check-ins, check-outs, and handle guest needs with confidence
✅ Housekeeping Oversight – Ensure accommodations and common areas meet JET standards
✅ Maintenance Coordination – Handle light fixes and coordinate vendors when needed
✅ Reservations & Admin – Support booking systems, reporting, and daily admin tasks
✅ Groundskeeping – Keep outdoor spaces safe, clean, and guest-ready
✅ Operational Support – Step in during staffing gaps, transitions, or high-demand periods
✅ Leadership on the Ground – Bring consistency, calm, and structure to each assignment

What We’re Looking For:
✔ High flexibility—you are comfortable relocating frequently as needs change
✔ Prior hospitality, property management, or innkeeping experience (strongly preferred)
✔ Organized, communicative, and able to self-direct
✔ Hands-on and adaptable—this is an active, operational role
✔ Comfortable walking into new environments and taking charge quickly
✔ Reliable, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
