We’ve recently acquired this 27-room hotel in historic Buffalo, Wyoming — just minutes from downtown, outdoor recreation, and the Bighorn Mountains.
We’re looking for a reliable Housekeeper who takes pride in doing things right. This role is essential to the guest experience—cleanliness is the first thing guests notice, and you’re the one who makes that happen.
This is a hands-on role for someone who works efficiently, pays attention to the details, and doesn’t cut corners.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Room Cleaning & Turnover
- Clean and reset guest rooms to standard (beds, bathrooms, floors, surfaces)
- Replace linens, towels, and guest amenities
- Complete room turns efficiently based on daily occupancy
Laundry & Supplies
- Wash, dry, and fold linens and towels
- Keep housekeeping carts stocked and organized
Property Cleanliness
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas (lobby, hallways, etc.)
- Take pride in the overall appearance of the property
Reporting & Team Support
- Report maintenance issues or damaged items promptly
- Communicate with management on room status and needs
- Support the team to keep operations running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (not required)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent
- Able to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
