Columbia Point Resort is looking for a Property Innkeeper to oversee daily operations and create standout guest experiences in one of Washington’s most underrated outdoor destinations.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a hands-on leadership role with real autonomy and day-to-day responsibility for the property.

Daily Operations & Guest Experience

• Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and on-site needs
• Be the friendly face of the property and the problem-solver guests remember
• Share local tips, recommendations, and adventure ideas

Reservations & Admin

• Manage online and phone reservations
• Handle basic admin tasks and reporting
• Communicate with JET Hospitality leadership as needed

Housekeeping & Property Care

• Perform and oversee housekeeping to maintain high standards
• Light maintenance and regular property walk-throughs
• Keep cabins, grounds, and common areas clean, safe, and welcoming

Grounds & Exterior Upkeep

• Maintain landscaping and outdoor areas
• Ensure the property looks dialed in year-round

Retail & On-Site Sales

• Assist guests with retail items and merchandise

Marketing & Social Media

• Capture photos and short videos of the property and surroundings
• Respond to messages and help showcase the Columbia Point experience

What We’re Looking For

• Strong work ethic and take-charge attitude
• Experience in hospitality, lodging, or property care (preferred, not required)
• Excellent guest service and communication skills
• Comfortable with physical tasks (housekeeping, lifting up to 15 lbs, walking the property)
• Adaptable, reliable, and willing to jump in wherever needed
