Cook in a Western Legend!
The Historic Virginian Hotel, built in 1911, has been serving up warm meals and Western hospitality for over a century. We’re looking for a Cook to join our kitchen team and help create hearty, delicious dishes that keep our guests coming back.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prepare and cook menu items (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) with consistency and quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen following food safety standards.
- Assist with prepping ingredients, managing inventory, and reducing food waste.
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth service.
- Jump in where needed—this is a team effort!
Who We’re Looking For:
- Prior cooking experience in a restaurant or café setting is highly preferred.
- A passion for creating great food and working in a fast-paced environment.
- A reliable, organized team player with good communication skills.
- Someone who takes pride in cleanliness, presentation, and timing.
- Willingness to embrace the charm of small-town, Western hospitality.
