Cottonwood Camp is looking for a hardworking, adventure-loving couple to join our team! If you thrive on hospitality, hands-on work, and connecting with guests, this is the perfect opportunity to work, live, and play in one of the most breathtaking places in the country.
About Cottonwood Camp:
Nestled under towering cottonwood trees on 17 historic acres, our camp sits along the legendary Bighorn River, surrounded by Bighorn Canyon National Recreation Area. With 14 cabins, glamping tents, RV & tent sites, and a full-service fly fishing shop, we offer an authentic Montana experience for anglers, adventurers, and outdoor enthusiasts.
What You’ll Be Doing:
✔ Guest Engagement – Greet visitors, assist with check-ins, and provide friendly customer service
✔ Light Housekeeping – Help keep our cabins, glamping tents, and common areas clean and welcoming
✔ General Maintenance – Basic repairs, landscaping, and upkeep to keep the camp running smoothly
✔ Campsite Upkeep – Maintain fire pits, picnic areas, and outdoor spaces for guests
✔ Supporting the Innkeeper – Assist with daily operations and guest services as needed
✔ Retail Assistance – Help in our fly fishing shop
What We’re Looking For:
🏕️ A handy, hardworking couple who loves outdoor living and hospitality
🛠️ Maintenance skills are a plus, but a can-do attitude is a must!
💪 Ability to lift at least 15 lbs and move around the property as needed
🤝 Great with people – Friendly, welcoming, and guest-oriented
🌿 Active & community-minded – Enjoys being outdoors and embracing the local lifestyle
